Position: Vendor and Service Engagement Intern

Objective:

The primary objective of the Vendor and Service Engagement Internship Program is to

develop skills and strategies for effectively engaging vendors and service providers,

building strong relationships, and persuading them to become part of

MakeMyUtsav's online event service platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Outreach: Conduct research to identify potential vendors and service

providers who align with MakeMyUtsav's event service requirements.

Engage with them through phone calls, emails, and online platforms to

introduce MakeMyUtsav.com and its benefits.

2. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors

and service providers by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns,

and providing them with the necessary support and information.

3. Product Knowledge: Acquire a deep understanding of MakeMyUtsav's

platform, its features, and the advantages it offers to vendors and service

providers. Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of joining

MakeMyUtsav.com to potential partners.

4. Convincing and Negotiating: Utilise effective persuasion and negotiation

techniques to convince vendors and service providers to sign up with

MakeMyUtsav. Present compelling arguments and highlight the

competitive advantages of the platform.

5. Onboarding Support: Assist vendors and service providers throughout the

onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto the MakeMyUtsav

platform. Provide guidance and support, addressing any questions or concerns

they may have.

6. Feedback Collection: Actively seek feedback from vendors and service providers

to identify areas for improvement in MakeMyUtsav's platform and

services. Provide regular reports on feedback and suggestions to the team.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align

strategies and ensure a consistent approach in engaging vendors and service

providers. Collaborate on campaigns and promotional activities to attract new

partners.
