Salary: 12- 20k plus variables.
Reporting To : Business Manager
Location:West Patel Nagar, Central Delhi, N.D-8

Purpose:

To support Sales team by helping in sharing suitable product-line so they ensure profitable Sales within TAT and engage in day to day Office operations and MIS jobs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle all relationships with a supplier to the company.
Involve in negotiating prices that allow a company's costs to remain low while still getting a quality product.
This position requires price quotes from multiple suppliers, working alongside the company's budgeting department, and sometimes visiting a supplier's facility to inspect the quality of your supplies. Listen to Customer need and suggest the team the products that meet their needs and budget.
Work closely with Decision Making Persons of the Client organization to suggest product options, determine whether there is room in the budget to upgrade or how to make cutbacks with the least negative implications.
Must keep track of the stock level of all products in-house and keep meticulous records to track what is being delivered and confirm it satisfies the company's order.
Maintain MIS Reports of the product-line and enquiries attended.

Skill Sets required:

Good Oral and Written Communication skills and Interpersonal skills.
Must be following time management, Confident, Ready to learn, persuasive, innovative and an initiator.
Be a good problem-solver with the ability to work quickly puts one ahead of the game. Focused to be able to predict future need based on yearly trends.
