Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Vertical Machining Center/VMC Operator with expertise in operating machines equipped with Siemens control systems. As a VMC Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-precision components and products.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a VMC Operator with Siemens control system expertise.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and CNC programs.

• Strong understanding of machining principles and tooling.

• Knowledge of machine setup, tool changes, and offsets.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine-related issues.

• Adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Technical certification or vocational training in machining or a related field is a plus.

Work Environment:

• The VMC Operator will primarily work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, tools, and lubricants. Proper safety equipment and guidelines will be provided.
