Vice President Analytics Leader (L13)
Primary Location: Hyderabad, TS IN
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in Analytics domain with at least 8 years in Consumer Credit environment. At least 5 years of experience managing big teams
- Masters or Ph.D. in Mathematics/Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Computer Science/Engineering or other quantitative majors
- Strong understanding of tools such as SAS, Unix, R, Python, Oracle, SQL
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique and coordination of people and resources
- Proven track record of successfully managing large size teams of Analytics professionals
- In depth experience with various Modeling, Optimization & Strategy building methodologies in a development role.
- Understanding of Marketing/Risk/Collections/Operations & ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage varied group of stakeholders
- Strong written/oral communication skills
