1. A proven experience in creating and editing videos in design software. You will have strong conceptual thinking and design skills

2. Must have a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback, and meet tight deadlines

3. Prior experience in classical animation, digital animation, typography, kinetic typography, effects and transitions, layout design, frame composition, communication design, and object-oriented programming

4. Strong portfolio demonstrating the breadth of design, digital media, and art direction expertise

5. In-depth knowledge of audio editing, color grading, videography, animation, etc along with experience in conceptualizing and implementation using various tools and technologies

6. Must love a fast-paced environment and must like to have fun, think big, and take chances

7. Excellent problem solving, presentation, and communication skills
