Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and requirements
2. Organize and manage raw video footage, ensuring efficient and effective media storage
3. Edit and assemble footage, applying creative and technical skills to produce compelling videos
4. Utilize video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) to enhance visual and audio elements
5. Incorporate graphics, animations, and effects to elevate video quality and engagement
6. Assist in script development and storyboarding to ensure a coherent and impactful narrative
7. Experiment with different editing techniques and styles to continuously improve video content
8. Ensure consistency in brand messaging, style, and tone across all video projects
9. Collaborate with other team members, including videographers, graphic designers, and content creators
10. Take direction and feedback from senior team members to refine and iterate on video projects
11. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in video editing and production

Qualifications:

1. Graduated from a relevant program in film, video production, multimedia, or a related field
2. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
3. Basic understanding of storytelling principles and visual aesthetics
4. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a strong sense of visual rhythm
5. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
6. A portfolio of past video editing projects or relevant coursework (if available)
7. Familiarity with audio editing, color correction, and motion graphics is a plus
