We are currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor and Anchor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in creating engaging video content and serving as the face of LegalRaasta in video productions.

Job Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

1.     Edit video content using industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to ensure top-notch visual and audio quality.

2.     Assemble raw footage, graphics, and audio elements into cohesive and engaging video content.

3.     Apply creative storytelling techniques, transitions, and effects to enhance the visual appeal and narrative flow of videos.

4.     Incorporate captions, animations, and other visual elements as needed to elevate video quality.

5.     Collaborate closely with the content team to maintain alignment with LegalRaasta's branding and messaging.

Anchoring and Presenting:

1.     Serve as the primary on-camera anchor for various video productions, including interviews, educational content, and promotional material.

2.     Deliver scripts or ad-lib content naturally, engaging the audience and maintaining viewer interest.

3.     Conduct interviews and discussions with guests, showcasing strong communication and interviewing skills.

4.     Project a confident and charismatic on-screen presence that resonates with the target audience.

5.     Adapt hosting style and tone to suit the content's purpose and target demographic.

Content Planning and Coordination:

1.     Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm video concepts, develop scripts, and plan shoots.

2.     Assist with pre-production tasks such as location scouting, set design, and scripting.

3.     Coordinate shooting schedules, equipment setup, and logistics to ensure smooth video production.

Post-Production Coordination:

1.     Work closely with the production team to streamline post-production processes.

2.     Review and provide feedback on edited content to maintain quality and alignment with objectives.

3.     Collaborate with graphic designers and animators to incorporate visual elements into videos.

Audience Engagement:

1.     Monitor audience feedback and engagement on video platforms and social media.

2.     Respond to comments and engage with viewers to build a community around the content.

3.     Utilize audience insights to refine video content and enhance engagement.

Qualifications:

1.     Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communication, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).

2.     Proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing video projects and editing skills.

3.     On-camera anchoring or presenting experience, with a demo reel or samples of previous work.

4.     Proficiency in video editing software and familiarity with industry-standard equipment and techniques.

5.     Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

6.     Creative storytelling abilities and a sharp eye for visual details.

7.     Familiarity with video production processes from pre-production to post-production.

8.     Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

9.     Knowledge of video SEO and experience with online video platforms (e.g., YouTube) is advantageous.

10.  Eagerness to stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in video production.
