As
a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, your role will require supporting
the outward communication efforts with creative solutions involving
graphics and video content.
You will have to showcase
analytical thinking and creativity towards creating and designing
content that advances the objectives of marketing and branding
communication.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing visual content for social media platform (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube)
- Creating micro-videos and GIFs
- Editing of lecture videos of teachers
- Designing all branding collaterals for online and offline use
- Manage timelines and prioritization of workload, and know when to ask for direction
- Assist team in developing and executing communications plans
- Provide technical support for design- and video-related efforts
- Optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms
- Maintain organized content files, and help to organize and archive existing video and graphics files
- Other duties as assigned
Our expectations from your profile include:
- 1-1.5 years of relevant experience in visual content (graphic + video) design and production
- Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through images
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop)
- Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
- Technically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues
- Excellent
organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks
and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, and approaches
