Responsibilities
● Develop, design, and edit short-form premium video content (averaging 10-30 seconds) from pre- to post-production
● Conceptualize entire ad campaigns from start to finish and provide consultative support to various content teams around the globe
● Edit and repurpose third party content and edit it from long-form into short-form to align with Firework’s high-quality standards (think HBO quality)
● Edit videos to include music, interviews, sound clips, effects and other important aspects
● Support various departments (marketing, content, media, business development) with
video editing requests and provides end-to-end solutions
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field
● Professional mastery of video and audio editing software and programs such as Final
Cut Pro, Adobe CC Suite, Logic Pro, FL Studio
● Comfortable with change: the ability to demonstrate comfort with ambiguity, adapt quickly
and be effective in new situations in a highly dynamic setting
● Must possess a start-up mindset: the hunger to learn quickly and the ability to balance
multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment
● Superior level of creativity and can function in a data-driven environment where content performance is measured
