Job Title: Video Editor

We are seeking a skilled video editor to join our team and work on editing recordings of lectures. The ideal candidate will have experience in video editing and be proficient in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

Responsibilities:

• Edit recorded lectures to ensure a high-quality video output that is engaging and informative.
• Work with raw footage to assemble a coherent video that meets the requirements of the course instructor and the learning objectives of the course.
• Cut and splice video footage, add music and sound effects, and apply color correction and visual effects as needed.
• Review and suggest revisions to the final edited videos to ensure accuracy and coherence with the course content.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that the videos are produced on time and to quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a video editor, with a portfolio of previous work.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other similar software.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
