• Job Profile: Video Moderator
• Job Location: Work from home
• Work experience: Fresher to 2 year
• Total Salary: 15k to 16k inhand (salary is not negotiable)

Mandates/ Requirement:

• Languages: English (Read, Write, Speak) 
• Additional languages: Sinhala (Read, Understand, Write/Type)
• Laptop (64 bit) with a Broadband (20+ Mbps) is mandatory
• Aadhar and PAN card is mandatory

Job Description:

• The person should have basic knowledge about Content/Video Moderation and Tagging. 
• Audit the video content as per the community guidelines.
• Understand the current affairs hotspots, social culture, religion and customs, and deal with inappropriate content/users as per local laws and regulations. 
• Proficiency in English (Read, Write, Speak)
• The person should know Sinhala (Srilanka) language and Indo-Srilanka content and culture.
• Be updated with Treading/Viral videos.
• Meeting daily targets and quality is mandatory.

Working hours and Shifts: 6 days working, 9 hours shift


Desired Candidate Profile: 

•  Active on Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and knows Video-based platforms (YouTube) and mobile applications/ Short video apps (Titkok, Like, Snack video, Trell, ShareChat, Moj, Josh, MX Takatak etc.)
• Achieve daily targets with given deadlines.
•  Good communication skills in English.
