About the Role
We are looking for a good, dedicated and sincere Business Process Associate Content Writer to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant Content Writer at our company, you will have the following roles and responsibilities -
Roles and Responsibilities
Write creative content that communicates the desired message in a tasteful
Developing high-quality content such as articles and case studies on a consistent basis for a company’s website and blog.
Writing, editing and proofreading copy for client projects based on research.
Use basic editing and website software, including Google Drive, Grammarly, and others.
Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
As a Business Process Associate you will also be required to work on the following roles and responsibilities :
Perform various administrative tasks including answering emails, calls, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, hotel reservations, placing orders etc.
Make outbound calls if the tasks require.
Perform internet research.
Work on Data tasks like preparing spreadsheets, keeping and maintaining all the records of the customers, etc.
Work with tools like MS Office, Canva, Video Editing tools and other tools necessary to conduct work smoothly.
Understand the tasks properly.
Clarify any doubts regarding tasks before starting the task and also during working on the tasks.
Deliver quality tasks on time.
Work towards customer’s success.
Skills and Qualification
Qualification : Graduation or pursuing graduation.
Good internet and computer handling skills.
Graduation or pursuing graduation
Good time management skills.
Good verbal and written communication and you should be able to write error free english.
Salary Structure: INR 6,000 - INR 8,000
Location - Kolkata (Candidate should be from Kolkata)
