About the Role 

We are looking for a good, dedicated and sincere Business Process Associate Content Writer to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant Content Writer at our company, you will have the following roles and responsibilities - 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Write creative content that communicates the desired message in a tasteful
  manner.

• Developing high-quality content such as articles and case studies on a consistent basis for a company’s website and blog.

• Writing, editing and proofreading copy for client projects based on research.

• Use basic editing and website software, including Google Drive, Grammarly, and others.

• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)

As a Business Process Associate you will also be required to work on the following roles and responsibilities :

• Perform various administrative tasks including answering emails, calls, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, hotel reservations, placing orders etc.

• Make outbound calls if the tasks require.

• Perform internet research.

• Work on Data tasks like preparing spreadsheets, keeping and maintaining all the records of the customers, etc.

• Work with tools like MS Office, Canva, Video Editing tools and other tools necessary to conduct work smoothly.

• Understand the tasks properly.

• Clarify any doubts regarding tasks before starting the task and also during working on the tasks.

• Deliver quality tasks on time.

• Work towards customer’s success.

Skills and Qualification

• Qualification : Graduation or pursuing graduation.

• Good internet and computer handling skills.

• Graduation or pursuing graduation
  Good time management  skills.

• Good verbal and written communication and you should be able to write error free english.    

Salary Structure: INR 6,000 - INR 8,000

Location - Kolkata (Candidate should be from Kolkata)
