Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage with parents and guardians through phone calls, WhatsApp/ messenger, and emails
2. Address inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information about our institute's offerings
3. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor to build positive relationships with parents
4. Ensure prompt and courteous responses to all phone inquiries
5. Maintain call logs and records - Excel/Google Sheets (Database management)
6. Assist in the scheduling and coordination of teachers' timetables
7. Ensure that classes and workshops are scheduled efficiently to maximize teacher and student productivity
8. Update and maintain the timetable calendar
9. Handle inquiries from parents interested in enrolling their children in upcoming workshop batches
10. Provide detailed information about workshop schedules, curriculum, fees, and registration procedures
11. Assist parents with the enrollment process and ensure accurate record-keeping
12. Assist the Founder and CEO with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation
13. Maintain records of communication with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders
14. Help in organizing and coordinating workshops and events and social media analytics tracking
