Designation: Virtual Relationship Manager ( VRM ) 

Job Roles : The candidate should be having good knowledge in banking Sales.

Monday to Saturday Working.  

Shift – Day shift ( Shift Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm ) 

·      Skillset -1-year experience in Customer support /Insurance experience Added Advantage 

·      Qualification: - Any Graduates

·      5.5 Days working 2-day week offs. 1st and 3rd Saturday will we working day 

·      Shift Timing 

·      Shifts between 09: 30 am -06:30 pm

Candidates should be good in English + any 1 language Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi

·       Managing relationships with customers.

·       Conducting customer interviews.

·       Identifying and communicating customer needs.

·       Ensuring customer satisfaction.

·       Resolving customer issues and concerns.

·       Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base.

·       Drive Credit Cards (CC) and Personal Loans (PL) (Secured and Unsecured) business through Bank branches.

·       Create and drive alternate channels for Sales along with the regular channels.

·       Open up avenues for business through corporate channel.
