Job Requirements:-

1)   To exclusively handle Wealth/Privy outbound calls- schedule equivalent experience profiles from other competitors

2)      Differentiated training to make them universal phone banking officers – cross training in cards, liabilities, assets

3)      This skill will also do cross sales with assigned customer based mapped to them

4)      Measure of outcomes Service Level, Service Quality and Sales.

5)      Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.

6)   Should be a least graduate.

7)      Must have least 2+ years Outbound/Telesales experience.

8)      No western line candidates to be scheduled, kindly hunt profiles residing near to Thane.

9)       Should not have employment gap for more than a month.

10)  Should have at least completed a year in current org.

11)  Should have excellent communication skills.

12)Flexible to work 9 hours shift (9.30 to 6.30 PM – Fixed shift )

13)  Two weekly offs with one Fixed Sunday off and other rotational off

14)Age not above 32 years.

15)CTC – 3.50 Lacs + Incentives
