Job Description

Handle Customer's Inbound And Outbound Calls.

Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

Fix Appointments For Counselors And Generate Walk-In.

Counseling all student walk in’s for available study options as per their respective profiles

The Visa and Immigration Counselor must interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.

To provide professional and high-quality counseling services to students who want to study abroad by informing them about available courses and career opportunities.

To counsel clients about student visa process requirements of countries like Canada, UK, Australia.

To explain about countries, work, colleges and different courses.

The Visa and Immigration Counselor must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.

Assisting students from start to end of the entire admission process.

Handle visa filing and checking the authenticity of the documents provided.

Convert Leads To Admissions.

To follow up the clients for enrollments.

Follow-Up On The Leads Till Registration.

To maintain proper records for all the meetings with the students.
