Job Description

Visa Document Specialist (Visa process)

Department – Operations Coordinator

Experience – Minimum 1 year of experience

Location - Trivandrum (requires traveling within Kerala)

Roles and Responsibilities

Knowledge of document preparation & processing for Germany
Advice on documentary requirements in immigration/visa services
Review documents & prepare applications
Maintain knowledge of changes & updates in visa policies

Requirements

Good understanding of the Visa application process, and documentation requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.
Team skills and strong relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of MS Office and High Commission websites.
