Heads Up For Tails jobs - Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities include:

• Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store
• Producing window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays
• Acting in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market
• Overseeing the production and brief staff on arranging displays
• Changing displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
• Liaising with suppliers and source elements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience working for a retail brand
• Ability to work independently, understand creative needs
• Design thinking & creative problem solving
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
