LCIPL jobs - VMC Operator

Job Description

·                     Operate VMC, HMC for 3, 4 & 5 Axis machine (make - Hurco, Harmle and similar machines).

·                     Set up machines to start a production cycle

·                     Control and adjust machine settings

·                     Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines

·                     Inspect parts with precision measuring tools

·                     Test operation of machines periodically and ensure serviceability

·                     Fix issues that might occur during the shift

·                     Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws

·                     Adhere to health and safety regulations

·                     Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.

·                     Maintain activity logs.

Required Experience

·                     5-7 years of relevant experience as a machine operator in defense-aerospace / automotive segment for product delivery

·                     Experience of using diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)

Qualifications                  

·                     Technical degree/diploma or any Govt. recognized Institute

·                     Understanding of production procedures
