Job Description

IMMEDIATELY JOINING WANTED
  • Good experience in engineering drawing
  • Good experience in CNC Manual Program
  • Good Knowledge in GD &T
  • Product / Process Skill
  • Job setting of VMC / HMC 
  • 5s in shop floor
  • Study of material and specific
  • Prepare ND Operate of CNC / HMC / VMC machine
  • Should be able to do setting, dialing and use proper fixtures for clamping tool & tool selection as per material
  • Should be able to read drawing
  • Knowledge of working on 4th Axis will be an advantage
  • Should be able to use equipment like Vernier Calipers, bore gauge & micrometer
  • Skills Needed :
  • HMC / VMC 4 Axis & 5 Axis CNC machine operating knowledge.
  • HMC / VMC Fanuc Control programming knowledge
  • Component setting & development.
  • Fixture knowledge & tooling knowledge.
  • Drawing knowledge.
