Planning Design for Datacenter IT Infrastructure activities

Responsible for Operations Tower Wintel Technologies include Windows Servers OS 2003 2008 2012 2016 VMware Security Tenable Symantec SCCM Application Packaging Linux Technology

Maintain Windows Linux Server RHEL 5 x 6 x 7 x operating system and additional server components like Active Directory and Office Communications Server Lync Server O365 suits Security Managing

Demonstrates day to day adherence with change control process and practices Analyze new products and technologies for future requirement

Track project deliverables and Quality Keep the stakeholders informed of the project progress

Conduct team meetings to provide project insight discuss new ideas upcoming technology and team s concern

Facilitate communication between onsite and offshore teams Identify new opportunities to inform the higher management and proactively work to capitalize on the prospects

As Operation lead evaluate the functional business requirement and map it to various infrastructure areas

Assign Correct Resource based on functional mapping Supervise assigned task to completion

Ensure 24X7 Support is operational smoothly

Ensure Service Level Management Agreement are met Managing various Server consolidation efforts

Acting as a single point of contact for various infrastructure activities
