Job Description:

• Manage Data Allocated and engage with customers over Voice based contact center solution to solicit Secured and Unsecured Loan Requirement
  
• Work on CRM platforms on data allocated and gather required variable information to be captured on CRM
  
• Deliver Daily Metrics on Average Talk Time, Data to lead, # Calls etc.,
  
•  Deliver Data Allocated to Pre-Qualified Lead Metric for Secured and Unsecured Loan Product
  
• Engage with Fulfilment team for seam less follow through with Customers for E2E process closure
  
• Deliver on productivity Metric of Data to lead, Lead to login and Login to Disbursement and Revenue Metrics
  
• Manage Relationships with all stakeholders – Customers, FI/Bank Representatives, Sales teams to deliver the desired Metrics
  
• Ensure identification of process gaps are relayed to Business owners for corrective measures
