Job Description

§ Handling training in person and over video conference on English language to improve overall communication to the new joiners
§ Monitoring calls with respect to V&A, Language, customer service, phone etiquette and US culture sensitization
§ Providing feedback to employees. Coaching them to enhance their performance
§ Identifying individual training needs and conduct refreshers
§ Actively work with the operations team to better the quality of employees’ performance
§ Participate in calibrations to ensure consistent scoring & feedback delivery approach
§ Facilitate transition of employees from Training to move into the work environment
§ Conducting V&A interviews to check the suitability of the candidates
§ Designing and preparing training modules
