ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Should be able to resolve and give appropriate solutions to the customer
• Build credibility and trust by empathizing with the customer and their problem in word
• Data Entry : (Rendering scanned copies of handwritten bills into digital data)
• Good Understanding and Adaptability
• Good Typing Speed and Accuracy
• Flexible towards the working environment and Shift.
• Ability to multitask and work with multiple tools in order to provide the best resolution
• Functional knowledge of using CRM solution and MS Excel
• Answer contacts promptly and professionally
• Log/Validate all contacts Call Handling Database
• Resolve a high percentage of customer problems using the relevant tools and systems
• Manage end to end all calls logged, providing regular updates to customers on call status

Experience: Fresher & experienced both can apply. (Must have excellent English communication)

Qualification: Any Under Graduate / Graduate
