- Data Entry : (Rendering scanned copies of handwritten bills into digital data)
- Good Understanding and Adaptability
- Good Typing Speed and Accuracy
- Flexible towards the working environment and Shift.
- Ability to multitask and work with multiple tools in order to provide the best resolution
- Functional knowledge of using CRM solution and MS Excel
- Answer contacts promptly and professionally
- Log/Validate all contacts Call Handling Database
- Resolve a high percentage of customer problems using the relevant tools and systems
- Manage end to end all calls logged, providing regular updates to customers on call status
Experience: Fresher & experienced both can apply. (Must have excellent English communication)
Qualification: Any Under Graduate / Graduate
