Location: Remote Work From Home for US process  (US Central Time Zone)

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Voice Calling Agent to join our team for the long term! This remote position requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Conduct voice calls with clients and customers.

Provide information and assistance as needed.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.

Meet performance metrics and targets.

Requirements:

Must be located in Hyderabad and able to work during US Central Time hours and India Standard Time.

Access to a laptop or PC with basic hardware requirements (headset, microphone, stable internet connection).

Strong verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.

Skills Preferred (Training Available):

Familiarity with Dialer systems (Batch Dialer or Mojo Dialer) 

Familiarity with CRM Systems  (REI Reply or Go High Level,)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).

Proficiency with Meeting Tools (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) 

Basic troubleshooting skills for software and hardware issues.
