We are hiring for Customer Service Associate (Voice & Non Voice process) profile.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining a positive & professional attitude toward customers at all times and responding promptly to customer queries.
• Provide solutions with maintaining standards of quality.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work atmosphere.
• Experience in Customer Support International voice and Non- Voice Process (Email & Chat).
• Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidates who are available to join immediately or within 15 days are preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient in reading & Writing skills
• Basic knowledge on computer keyboarding skills, basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Minimum qualification Bachelors degree any stream
• Looking for Fresher's & Experienced
• Experience: 0- 5 years(freshers are most welcome)
