Voice Process Executive – Customer Support (Bengaluru, Office-Based)
We're seeking energetic and customer-centric Voice Process Executives for leading brands. Strong communication skills and quick learning ability are essential. Prior BPO or customer‑interaction experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls courteously.
Understand, address, and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Work rotational shifts with weekly offs per process needs.
Eligibility & Work Details
Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
Fluent in English; Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.
International process: 5 days/week with rotation-based week offs.
Domestic process: 6 days/week; shifts may be fixed or rotational.
Two-way cab facility for candidates within 25 km radius.
Compensation (Freshers)
CTC: ₹25,000–₹26,000 per annum (~₹20,000–₹21,000 take‑home monthly).
