We are looking for an enthusiastic voice process executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our services.

Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to individuals or businesses to promote services. Engage with prospects in a friendly and persuasive manner. Present information about products or services to potential customers. Highlight key features and benefits to generate interest. Present information about products or services to potential customers. Overcome Objections: Address concerns or objections raised by prospects. Provide additional information to alleviate doubts and encourage a positive response.

Maintain Records: Keep accurate and detailed records of calls, including outcomes and follow-up actions. Update customer information in the database.

Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads. Build and maintain a rapport with potential customers.

Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the relevant teams.
