*Responsibilities and Duties 

 Answering inbound calls for customer support

Answering calls from existing customers

Resolve the choirs of the Customers

Escalating the calls to concerned department.
Maintaining work data and submitting to the respective department

 *Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Any Graduate / Undergraduate with minimum of six months of call centre experience.

Good communication in English
