REQUIREMENTS:
- English and Kannada Communication (Both are mandatory)

- Any Degree

- Freshers or 1 year experience in any Bpo/ any domain with proper documents.

- Located in Bangalore

Age criteria : 35 below

Responsibilities :

- Customer issues handled

- Taking new orders

- Outbound English and Kannada voice process.

- Answer incoming customer inquiries

- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies

- Record customer information within our customer service database.

- You need to handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries.

Requirements :

Good Communication Skills
Good Problem-solving skills over the call
High energy level
