Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Candidate have to attend inbound and outbound calls of UK and US customers.
Handle all the Calls, Emails and Chat of UK and US customers and solve the problems.
Required Skills :
Experience as a Customer Support
Any graduate or under graduate fresher or experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
