Job Description
- Answering calls: Answering incoming calls from customers to provide information, resolve complaints, and answer inquiries
- Identifying customer needs: Assessing and identifying customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Handling complaints: Handling customer complaints and providing solutions within time limits
- Keeping records: Keeping records of customer interactions.
Hindi is Mandatory.
6 days working.
1 rotational Week off.
Work Location: Pocharam or Begumpet or KPHB
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle high volumes of calls in a fast-paced environment
- Good listening and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and handle challenging situations
- Basic computer and typing skills
