Profile:
1. To generate funds through Face-to-Face fundraising technique by pitching about our working areas/events/programs/achievements.
2. Acquire new donors and create a lead for potential donors.
3.Strong networking skills in building a relationship with a natural ability to adapt appropriately to different audiences.
4.Ability to think creatively and to respond quickly to new opportunities and changes in the funding environment
5. Ensure confidentiality of information pertaining to the organization.
Other Skills
1.Passionate about Social Change.
2.Excellent prospect research skills and knowledge of funding sources.
3.Communication (Both English & Hindi).
4.Strong time management skills and adherence to deadlines

6.Excellent negotiation and convincing skills.
