Job Description
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for Satellite communication/ radio frequency devices installation and support, Customer Support & Service, Project Management, and Network Operation Engineer, DSNG engineer.
- Responsible for data communication device’s Installation, Testing and troubleshooting of Satellite, Broadcast, RF Communication and troubleshoot the technical issues.
- Collaborate with NOC team in support execution cycles.
- Service implementation responsibilities include utilizing new technologies, features, and equipment designs.
- Responsible for implementation of satellite broadband platform and associated automation capabilities, fault, and performance monitoring systems.
- Scope of responsibilities to include platform and network infrastructure upgrades and deployments within Satellite Teleport or Point-of-Presence (PoP) facilities.
- Responsible for adherence to structured deployment methodologies and end-to-end testing principals.
