Job Description

We are hiring for VTL operator
Experience-2yr -5 yrs
Location-Coimbatore
Industry-Manufaturing of valves
Salary -18k -25k
Qualification -dip. /B.E
No. Of vacancy -5 
Gender -Male only

Job summary:
Programming on CNC Turning / VTL machine
Operating & Setting on CNC Turing & VTL
Job machining with respect to drawing
Fill job inspection report after completion of job
Production output as per plan
In process inspection of machine components

Skills :
Ensure continuous improvements in machine shop monitor the OEE of VTL machines.
Machine problem solving by using QC tools
Played a pivotal role in proving the parts on VTL axis
Knowledge of various tools & tool setting in shrinkfit machine & checking in tool precetor (zoller).
Introduce of new tools for reducing cycle time to get more productivity & cost saving.
Project taking to reduce cycle time of machining.
