Job Description :

• We are looking for a highly ambitious self-starting lead generation executive to join our fast growing sales team in for our real estate products. Your responsibilities include
• Proven success in complete sales ability and good knowledge of sales process and exposure in Identifying, & generating business and achieve monthly revenue/targets.

• Generate leads to qualify through cold calling and out-bound calling efforts
• Identify and qualify opportunities that will grow revenue
• Identify prospective customers and individual organizations to focus on sales activities
• Develop new client relationships via cold calling
• Book qualified meetings when there is a clear opportunity for a project
• Book qualified meetings when there is a clear opportunity for a project
• Qualify leads based on set criteria
• Contribute to growing sales pipeline and take advantage of market opportunities
• Maintaining an active lead generation plan.
• Set up meetings with client and understand their needs
• Build relationship with the respective clients.

Primary Relationships:
The position be part of Real Estate Sales Team

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deal with people of all levels 
A team player who shows initiative and assertiveness. 
A self-motivator who is keen on upgrading and improving personal knowledge and skills to meet evolving job requirements. 
Good sales and negotiation skills. 
Drive and motivation to meet targets.
