There is a large pool of skilled and trained candidates available due to the efforts made by the Governments skill training programs. However, the percentage of candidates being placed post the trainings is low. NEMPACT tries to reduce this gap by matching the right candidate to the right job. This helps to reduce the recruitment and operational costs of companies looking at blue collar employment as well trying to increase employment in the vocational sector.
