Job Description

  • New orders executing and case files given to purchase department for placing orders to principals after checking old stock.
  • Work closely with other departments, especially sales, purchase and finance to ensure Smooth flow of operations
  • Process and maintain materials management records and files, receiving material, stocking, deliveries.
  • Follow proper documentation for dispatch the goods, delivery challan and packing list preparation & online way bills generation
  • Follow the standard packing procedures and labeling.
  • Verifies accuracy of shipments by counting, description, and code numbers with information, lot number, serial numbers Verification for taking inventory.
  • Solve all customer issues regarding dispatches if any.
  • Keeping proper follow up with freight forwards, clearing Agents, principles on Import and Export shipments.
  • Supporting to Service Dept & sales department for Warranty Claims & arranging materials for demonstration, training on their request & demand with proper approvals from management.
  • Execution on loading & unloading of material safely.
  • Shipments / Material collecting from transporters.
  • Maintain the warehouse in a safe, clean environment work area with Team.
