Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
2. Receive feedback and monitor the quality of service provided
3. Work on recruit, select, orient, coach, and manpower management
4. Organize the shipment
5. Coordinate drives, vehicles, loads, courier vehicles, and clients regarding
6. Handle night RTO unloading of pick up vehicles
7. Operate IT system to manage timing, cost, and stock level
8. Analyze data to access performance discover the logistical problem and devise plans for improvement
9. Plan and negotiate technical difficulties
10. Prepare RTO documentation and handle administration work
11. Liaise with managing staff and shift
12. Monitor stock and managing waste
13. Ensure health and safety standard is met
14. Coordinate with clients regarding outbound related queries
15. Work on assets management, manifest, inbound scan & outbound scan
