About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
2. Receive feedback and monitor the quality of service provided
3. Recruit, select, orient, coach, and manpower
4. Organize shipments
5. Coordinate drives, vehicles, loads, courier vehicles, and clients regarding night RTO and unloading of pick up vehicles
6. Operate IT systems to manage timing, cost, and stock levels
7. Analyze data to access performance and discover logistical problems & devise plans for improvement
8. Plan for and negotiate technical difficulties
9. Prepare RTO documentation and handle administration work
10. Liaise with manage staff and shifts
11. Monitor stock and manage wastes
12. Ensure that health and safety standards are met
13. Co-ordinate with clients regarding outbound related queries
14. Work on asset management and manifest inbound scan & outbound scan
15. Work on MIS reporting (productivity, day end report)
