Location - DelhiJOB RESPONSIBLITIESDrive warehouse operations: Inbound, Outbound in coordination with logistics 3PL team and also individual logistics team based at DelhiEnsure Customer Order execution as per DispatchTAT timely execution of (Stock Transfer Orders)STOs through 3PL team based at mumbai

Assessment of warehousing space on day - to - day basis.

Optimization of space on day - to-day basis manpower risks and propose short term long term mitigation plans.

Single Point of Contact for warehousing matters for HO stakeholders: Planning, Accounts, Legal, Statutory Compliances SOPs are updated and are in Place and in use for all warehousing processes

Drive Operational efficiency, improve throughput, peak invoicing capacityIdentify / access potential vendors at regional level for transportation, warehousing and other services, review SLAs with service providers and update a potential list to HO stake holders Chart, execute process improvement projects - Implement operations performance reporting - daily, weekly, monthly.

KPI reports - Conduct Good Warehousing Practices Audit Internal External - Material handling controls,Review inventory health and propose disposals periodically

Ensure timely Contracts, Provisions, Payments review submission for services consumables Inventory Integrity ( Incidental goods such as Empty cartons Dry Ice Ice packs) at warehouses is maintained,Last but most important Cycle Count process execution and re with inventory in booksIndustry: Food Industry/BeveragesFunctional Area: Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchase,Materials
