Shades Of Spring jobs - Warehouse Operations

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage warehouse processes such as inbound, inventory management, and outbound operations
2. Manage and align the process for a team size of 10
3. Analyze reports such as quality complaints, pilferages, etc. to drive improvements
4. Manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth supply of goods
5. Manage effectively the day to day operation of the warehouse and team through the design team leader and delivery manager
6. Drive RCA/quality culture throughout the team
7. Support the development of the operational team via coaching and mentoring
8. Manage, motivate, hire & train, and continually develop the warehouse team
9. Maintain the security of all warehouse assets and infrastructure
10. Maintain regular communication with last-mile managers to update them on any supply challenges
11. Work on investigating stock discrepancies, including negatives, unfound and sold out, and reporting the information to relevant managers including the finance team
12. Maintain the stock levels and re-ordering of all products to ensure a 100% fill rate
13. Maintain and re-order required consumables to enable smooth operations
14. Manage vendor relationships with all local vendors to ensure smooth supply
