Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming sales inquiries with a professional approach and timely responses.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of CDG’s services.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining services to customers and prospective customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company services, and to provide sales support.
- Contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain excellent customer service and foster ongoing client relationships.
Requirements:
- Must be B. Tech. / MBA
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex technical landscapes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner.
- Solid negotiation skills and the ability to be persuasive.
