Job description

Experience: Minimum 6 months - 2 Years (Relevant)

Location: Kolkata (on-site)

Outbound Process- B2B Sales

Responsibilities:

· To make outbound calls to small & mid-level businesses in India & UK.

· Develop and maintain proper interaction and reputation with the clients

· Understand the business needs of the Clients

· Convince them to invest on new Projects with the Company

· Offer digital marketing service consultations for clients.

• Familiarizing yourself with all services offered by our company.
• Conduct market competitive analysis to develop roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business.
• Procuring new clients through direct contact over the call.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients.
• Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
• Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in international BPO.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets.
• Extensive sales experience.
• Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour.
• Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
• Emboldened by challenges.
