Role: Content Writer and Social Media (Health and Wellness)

Pillcraft is a health and wellbeing innovator. It is a research-focused plant-based pharmaceutical company that makes classical and proprietary poly-herbal formulations for various ailments. Pillcraft is further pioneering into the field of cannabis-based medications, and leveraging technology to make primary healthcare accessible, more affordable and more robust. We are based in Mumbai, India.

Who You Will Work With:

You will work closely with the Founders of the organisation in deciding the content strategy, purview and its implementation; and would be primarily responsible for the company outreach via social media channels.

What You Will Do:

• Research and write health and wellness articles on a variety of health conditions and topics
• Research, report, interview, and write content for science and wellness Q&As and stories (content would be a mix—editorial only, featuring our products)
• Review content for potential claims and accuracy and support with research back-up 
• Assisting with product copy for our wellness products and product review of potential brand partner products
• Handle Social Media Accounts
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree with a focus on Science/Health, such as Biology, Chemistry, Nutrition, Nursing, Public Health, Health Promotion or Dietary field strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of health, nutrition, lab testing, and dietary supplements 
• Ability to analyse research studies, discern important takeaways, and explain findings to consumer audiences
• Desire to work in a start-up environment and wear many hats
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills; ability to juggle many projects at once and still achieve deadlines

Remuneration and Perks:

• INR. 20,000 to 30,000 per month
• Flexible work hours
• Work from home (3 days in a 6 day week)
• Up to 30% bonus subject to performance
