The professional should be one who is able to depict messages to social groups with specific objectives. Graphic design has achieved importance to deliver information regarding a company by creative designs .Graphic design is a process to create visual content to communicate messages by applying visual hierarchy and page layout techniques. Seeking the attention of customers is the goal of a web graphic designer.   A web graphic designer needs to be creative and innovative and design according to the requirements of the client. A web and graphic designer should have knowledge about the application used to design. A designer should know the use of typography and pictures to meet the client’s specific needs and need to focus on interactive designs, to optimize the user's experience. Academic Qualification:  Any Graduate or Post-Graduate with BTech , MCA/Mtech Preferable having knowledge in Php , Logo , Banner ,Brochure & Graphic Design .

Experience:1+ to 2 years

Positions: 2+

Salary: 8k-15k per month (Negotiable )

Eligibility Criteria:

• Should have excellent IT skills for interacting with the client and the development team to know the exact design requirements.
•  Must be proficient in graphic design tools like Adobe's Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Corel Draw. Having knowledge of producing animated video will be an added advantage.
•  Must have an artistic view and a creative mind to design creative interest and requirements of the client.
•  Should have good knowledge and experience in tools like HTML, HTML5, CSS, and CSS3. Having knowledge in JavaScript and JQuery would be an added advantage.
•  Needs to have good communication skills to understand what the client or the supervisor demands.
•  Proficient to use latest software for presenting a range of graphics for the client’s Website, Logo, Banner, Brochure and Graphic designs.
•  Need to have good communication and time management skills.
•  Need to meet strict deadlines and work hard to achieve all objectives.
•  Should be enthusiastic and ready to work under pressure and should work until the client is satisfied.
• Extending complete & full maintenance as well as technical support to the client for their complete satisfaction.

1. First round - Face to Face Interview  with HR

2. 2nd round - SystemTest & Face to face interview with CEO before final round of selection
