Responsibilities

Working as the website team lead, you will be coordinating with the internal product delivery team or with the clients to understand the design and content requirements in the website.
You will be responsible for researching, designing, innovating, and delivering design solutions for new web-based experiences.
Should guide the team also in designing and research work for the website of FnB clients and track the work of the team and the quality of their work.
The person should have a strong aesthetic sense and designing skills to work on the LimeTray CMS.
Should have the ability to take the design call and other execution related decision that will make the process smooth for the future.
Work with the product manager also to enhance the user experience of the product and internal tools.
Working with the other internal team also to get the data entry work done on the website without causing any delay in the timeline.
Should be fully responsible for the delivery of website from end to end without compromising the quality of work.
Should understand the client requirements and execute the projects in best possible way keeping the product limitations in mind.
Ability to keep themselves up to date with the product knowledge and should work with the product manager also to enhance the user experience of the product and internal tools.
Ability to rapidly gain design and product knowledge and effectively communicate it to team and clients.
Have to work on the live websites also and coordinating with the client for any changes or additional requirements on the live websites and giving them alternate solutions.
Have to look after the website requirements of High MRR client's like: Burger King, Mad over donuts, Burger Singh, Biryani by Kilo, Debonair Pizza, and Bikanervala etc. keeping their brand guidelines in mind
Have to coordinate with the account managers, sales team or social media team to understand the client requirements
Giving the guidance to the product delivery team for understanding the client need and provide the solution to them for client requirements
You have to coordinate with the client's marketing or design team to get the website design keeping the client brand guidelines in mind.
Create, improve wireframes, mockups, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these method
Ability to perform in a fast paced, high stress design process under minimal supervision
Be open to receiving feedbacks and constructive criticism.
Should handle the company website also and work with the internal marketing team for the development of new page and other design requirements.

Requirements

Should have knowledge of HTML, CSS and framework - Foundation 6 is a plus
Proficient and highly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator and other design tools is a plus
Good written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present the work to product delivery team or clients
Ability to communicate design concept ideas through mockups or wireframes
Knowledge of UI/UX design, content branding and good sense of color combination, aesthetics, typography, interactivity, etc.
Should have the knowledge of Google analytics tool, google webmaster or other website performance testing tools
Should be comfortable in working on the c-panels of the websites
3-4 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year of team handling experience
