ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ø  MAKE ENTRIES IN TALLY ON EVERY PURCHASE, SALES, RECEIPT AND PAYMENT ACTION OF THE ORGANIZATION.
  • Ø  MAKE A MINUTE SCRUTINY OF THE DEBTORS AND CREDITORS AND SEE THAT ALL THE VOUCHERS ARE PROPERLY MAINTAINED.
  • Ø  CALCULATE THE G.S.T. & TDS. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING A MONTHLY.
  • Ø  SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPARATION OF GRV STATEMENT AND TDS CERTIFICATE AND FORM 16A OF THE PROFESSIONALS AND THE CONSULTANTS.
  • Ø  WILL HAVE TO PREPARE THE STOCK STATEMENT AND UPDATE THE PROFIT & LOSS ACCOUNT, TRIAL BALANCE AND BALANCE SHEET.
  • Ø  TAKE CARE OF BANK DOCUMENTS FOR BANKING OF CHECKS AND TAKE CARE OF TRANSFERRING FUNDS TO THE DIFFERENT BRANCHES OF THE COMPANY.
  • Ø  KEEP A TRACK OF DUE DATES OF RENT, VENDORS AND PREPARE THE STATEMENTS IN A PROPER MANNER.
  • Ø  KEEP FRONT DESK TIDY AND PRESENTABLE WITH ALL NECESSARY MATERIAL (PENS, FORMS, PAPER ETC.)
  • Ø  GREET AND WELCOME GUESTS.
  • Ø  ANSWER QUESTIONS AND ADDRESS COMPLAINTS.
  • Ø  ANSWER ALL INCOMING CALLS AND REDIRECT THEM OR KEEP MESSAGES
  • Ø  RECEIVE LETTERS, PACKAGES ETC. AND DISTRIBUTE THEM
  • Ø  PREPARE OUTGOING MAIL BY DRAFTING CORRESPONDENCE, SECURING PARCELS ETC.
  • Ø  CHECK, SORT AND FORWARD EMAILS
  • Ø  MONITOR OFFICE SUPPLIES AND PLACE ORDERS WHEN NECESSARY
  • Ø  KEEP UPDATED RECORDS AND FILES
  • Ø  MONITOR OFFICE EXPENSES AND COSTS.
  • Ø  TRACK GIVEN DUTIES OF OTHER EMPLOYEES AND BRIEF DIRECTOR ABOUT PROGRESS AND UPCOMING APPOINTMENTS.
