We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Web Developer Team Lead to join our growing team. You will play a key role in leading and inspiring a team of talented developers, overseeing the development of complex web applications and websites, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will be a skilled and hands-on developer yourself, capable of diving into the code and contributing directly to projects with a specialization in Drupal module development and customization.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of web developers, assigning tasks, delegating effectively, and providing mentorship and guidance.
Drive the technical vision and direction for web projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Architect and develop high-quality, secure, and scalable web applications and websites using modern technologies.
Implement front-end development using HTML, CSS, Sass, and JavaScript frameworks like React.
Implement back-end development using PHP and manage databases like MySQL (phpMyAdmin) and MongoDB.
Utilize version control systems like Git and GitHub effectively for project management.
Integrate with headless CMS systems for content management.
Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch, demonstrating efficiency and best practices.
Conduct code reviews, identify and resolve technical issues, and ensure continuous improvement of code quality.
Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and project managers to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project delivery.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Lead the successful development, customization, and integration of Drupal modules to achieve complex website functionalities and user experiences.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a web developer with a proven track record of success.
Strong expertise in front-end development using HTML, CSS, Sass, and JavaScript frameworks like React.
Solid understanding of back-end development with PHP and database management (MySQL, MongoDB).
Proficiency in version control systems (Git, GitHub) and CI/CD practices.
Experience developing web solutions in Drupal and PHP implementations.
Experience with headless CMS systems.
Proven ability to design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
