About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
2. Design client-side and server-side architecture
3. Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
4. Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
5. Write effective APIs
6. Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
7. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
8. Create security and data protection settings
9. Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
10. Write technical documentation
11. Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software

Fedo has built deep expertise in the areas of analytics, artificial intelligence (AI),and machine learning (ML) with a specific focus on healthcare. In the past, our team had successfully built machine learning algorithms within various facets of healthcare such as predicting readmissions, identifying prescribing trends of physicians, etc.

Most recently, we developed a risk stratification algorithm that uses AI/ML to predict individuals' propensity for 7 non-communicable diseases such as Diabetes II and CVD-MI. We predict such risks with minimal clinical data of individuals and our models have the flexibility to add or remove parameters. We are honored to have been included in the 'Top 10 Artificial Intelligence Companies Making a Difference in the World' by disruptordaily.com along with Tesla and Neuralink recently. We won ICICI Lombard-FintechValley insure-tech challenge and YourStory Tissot Signature Innovation Club.
